With the implementation of Lean Software Development, ideally all the parties necessary for completing a project will actually be sitting and working together.
A conscious effort is taken to work with our customers to align the CMM level 3 methodologies that we have implemented with their work practices. We believe in working from within our customer’s requirements rather than enforcing a particular way of working. As part of Lean Software Development, we also work closely with our customers to make sure that the highest priority items are implemented first. This increases our customer’s business value sooner, giving a much faster ROI.
