Front Row Solutions provides a Sales Productivity and Accountability management system that delivers Real Time information across the organization. The solution works on a Software as a Service model, giving the management and the sales representatives of various organizations an instant overview of their performance, at any given time from any location with access to the internet.

 

Sales reps use a coded SMS system to report sales call out come to the management. Key analytics of a sales call are captured in less than 30 seconds; providing real time information for effective sales force management.

 

The Challenge

 

In order to meet the rising demands of the customers, Front Row Solutions wanted to improve the performance and bring in new functionality to the system. These improvements were critical to the growth of the business and Front Row Solutions needed a Technology Partner that would understand the technology as well business domain to provide continuous support.

 

Approach and Solution

 

Digital Saber recognized the client’s primary need for a software with superior performance on order to achieve their business goals, drive revenue growth and provide a better service to clients. A small, agile team was deployed to do a thorough analyze and carry out performance improvements.  The team then moved on to carrying out enhancements to the system.

 

  • A tool was developed to synchronize data from the sales rep’s Microsoft Outlook calendar events to the Front Row system. This gives the sales force the ability to carry out more accurate planning
  • Outlook Calendar sync capability with all Front Row Solutions scheduled calls, follow-ups and reminders
  • Further enhancements were done to the system by integrating a route planning and mapping system that will help sales reps effectively deal with logistical issues.
